Jed Park

Qualifying Broker

Jed Park is the qualifying broker for Park Properties Real Estate. He has been in commercial real estate for over twenty years. Jed began his career in Birmingham with Adair Land company in 1997 and then moved to Brigham Williams Real Estate in 2000. In 2012 he moved to Huntsville and opened Park Properties.

Jed specializes in retail development and income producing properties. He has closed over $100 million dollars in his career, and helps clients find real estate that meets their financial goals. He graduated from the University of Alabama and is a past NALCOM president.

Jef Park

Property Management Specialist

Jef Park plays a key role in Park Properties’ growth through hands-on property preservation and field operations. Before joining Park Properties, he managed daily operations at Cahaba Lawn & Garden and later worked with Jerry Damson Automotive, building strong operational and customer-service expertise.

With more than a decade of experience, Jef manages preservation projects of all sizes, including debris removal, eviction coordination, securing and winterization, minor repairs, and vendor oversight. Known for his reliability and clear communication, he streamlines timelines, reduces hassles for clients, and ensures every job is completed safely and efficiently.

Sales & Leasing Broker

Christa Minor is a commercial real estate professional focused on investment sales and leasing. She brings more than 15 years of experience in technical project management, where she led complex initiatives and built cross-functional alignment for global companies.

Tom Armstrong

Commercial Property Specialist

Tom Armstrong graduated from Auburn University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science in Business majoring in Finance. For the past 30 years, Tom has been working as a commercial real estate appraiser and consultant in the following markets – Huntsville, AL, Knoxville, TN and Nashville, TN. During this time, Tom achieved his MAI Designation and obtained his real estate license.

Regarding commercial acquisitions, sales, leasing and consulting, Tom has represented numerous local and regional clients with a high degree of success and satisfaction.

Tom’s knowledge of the local and regional market, combined with over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, provides a solid foundation for sound judgment and expert knowledge to
